Contact Center Representative
Description Alagasco has an opening for a Contact Center Representative in our Birmingham office.
Responsibilities include:
- answer customer inquiries
- retrieve and enter customer account information on computer
- make payment arrangements
- prepare meter orders
Requirements Requires at least 2 years experience in a call center environment and must be able to type at least 45 wpm. Must be able to pass Microsoft Word software applications test and Customer Call Center simulation. Background check REQUIRED. We offer a starting salary of $14.47 to $16.58 per hour (based on prior experience), incentive compensation programs, and an outstanding benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, 401(k), pension, and tuition reimbursement.
