BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Apr 28, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share payable June 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on May 14, 2010.
