BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Jul 28, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents per share payable September 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on August 13, 2010.
